Hello! It is Wednesday and so it is time for another What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday. If you are new to WOYWW, the head on over to Julia Dunnit's blog to see what it is all about and join in the fun.
My desk was quite messy yesterday but I cleaned it! Well I got most of it clean. I still have a few leftover things out from Sunday when I made 2 quick cards. Today I decided to try and make a few Christmas cards. I found the Christmas stamp in my stash and it still had the price on it (it was only 99 cents so I don't feel bad that this is the first time I used it). I stamped the tree with silver ink but it didn't do much for me so I embossed over the silver with holographic embossing power (another item from my stash). I think you can see the different colors the holographic powder makes on the first card. Also, the silver paper is all glitter. There isn't anything too original about these cards but it is a start!

Such a neat space! Beautiful cards, too. The embossing is beautiful, and my favorite is the last one. Not too bad for a 99 cent stamps! :) Thanks for the earlier visit!
ReplyDeleteFabulous results from the beautiful stamp! Have a very Happy Thanksgiving!
ReplyDeleteAll three projects are quite nice! Blue and silver is always a winning combination. Anything you add after that is "gravy." Very, nicely, nicely, nicely don! Thanks for dropping this off by our house here at 613 Avenue Create!
